In 2003 Chad launched the vision of ShareFest Community Development in Southern California. ShareFest has driven notable growth in the realm of organizational involvement and volunteer mobilization within the past few years. What started as just an annual work day event in Southern California has now developed into an on-going working relationship with the local community of churches, businesses, cities, schools and other community based organizations.
Originally from Seattle Washington, community involvement was a foundational value instilled into Bryan by his family and their commitment to serving their local church, city and schools. As one of the founding partners in establishing ShareFest Community Development, Bryan is able to express his passion for serving and mobilizing churches, business leaders, and individual community leaders through the facilitating of tangible acts of service and relationship building. Bryan’s career began in Business and Human Resource Management and has since expanded into not only the work of ShareFest Community Development, but a family owned business as well.
